If we buy a device from you, we will mail you a package to ship it in. We cover shipping cost and provide tracking numbers. Once we receive the item we will mail you a check, money order or pay via paypal within 2 business.
Purchased items will be securely shipped with a tracking number within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please take into consideration Postal Service Hours.
**We Offer 30 day Warranty on all our products**

During the 30 day Warranty Period TechGuruMO will repair or replace, at no charge, products or part of the products that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. If an item is used then it is not eligible for a refund. It is ONLY eligible for a repair and/or replacement. If repair and/or replacement is not possible through our company, then a full refund will be issued. The limited warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in the material or craftsmanship.
Must be 18 years or older to purchase. We do provide tracking. We do not implement Signature Release, as this is cumbersome to many. We will add Signature Release to any item, free of charge. You will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for this service. We are responsible for the product until the product shows delivered to your address. Once the product is delivered in/at mailbox then we are not held responsible if USPS declares the package was indeed delivered; this includes items that do and do not have signature confirmation. Any returned item that is in the original condition with the original packaging will have a 20% re-stocking fee, all shipping fees are not reimbursed. If an item is returned used and/or damaged, then up to a 50% defect fee applies. Damaged items include but are not limited to items that are returned to us with your iCloud signed in to the device.
